Today I am exhausted. Like, dragging my ass around and forcing myself to stay awake. Constantly on my mind has been a nice, long nap all cozy in my flannel sheets. But, this was just a fantasy for the day because it didn't get to happen. Far too much to do with the new year starting! I feel like I got more sleep last night than I did the night before and I wasn't tired like this at all yesterday.
In fact, I even went home and cleaned the whole house yesterday. I definitely over did last night and could really feel it. I started contracting and had to stop because it started to scare me a little. I took a warm bath and went to bed. Thank goodness Eli got home when he did to help me with the last of it. I hate starting something and not being able to finish so I would have stressed if it didn't all get done.
Tonight will be an early night the both the kiddos and I, especially with our early morning. Swae has a fun surprise waiting for her when she gets home - a new dresser. The girl has so many clothes and now we have a big enough dresser to hold them all. I will have her help me organize it more tonight. She loves that kind of thing. I am just looking forward to snuggle time, relax time, family time...and them being with us!

Girl, I understand...it is only going to get worse these last 2 months! Take it easy, and relax!
I'm not pregnant and all I want to do lately is sleep. lol. I think my problem is the weather.
That stinks about the contractions. I never got contractions from overdoing it... I would just feel super exhausted later if I overdid something.
It's hard to get it all done while prego, and even after Skylar comes. Everyone will have to pitch in because you will be a zombie. And the house might be in shambles for a while. It's TOTALLY normal. I was so embarassed to have anyone over but finally I gave up apologizing. Everyone said, "Uh, you have a NEWBORN."
